As chief operating officer of Laura Buccellati, LLC, Lily manages day-to-day operations including working alongside Italian artisans to ensure unparalleled craftsmanship and product excellence, allowing Laura to focus on the brand’s aesthetics.
Lily’s business acumen is reflected in her philosophy of “giving your stakeholders the very best of one’s vision and effort”. With the debut of its signature collection, Laura Buccellati has reintroduced handbag aficionados to a higher realm of fine leather handbags with a line that includes satchels, totes, clutches, and wallets. The impeccable design and composition of each article pushes the limits of exclusivity in accessories by incorporating raw materials such as exotic skins in crocodile, reptiles, and stingray and details in gold and palladium.
Lily shares her time between Miami, FL and Big Sky, Montana where she indulges in her other passion of mountaineering which also tests the limits of one’s drive and determination. In 2007, she spent a month visiting monasteries in Tibet, trekking in the Tibetan Himalayas and hiking to Everest Base Camp at an altitude of over 17,200 feet. Lily is also a collector of Cuban art, and a yoga instructor and practitioner.
With more than 20 years of business leadership experience, Lily seeks to expand the breadth of accessories offered under the Laura Buccellati brand; as well as insuring the brand’s legacy of products of superior design and unsurpassed quality. “With her understanding of business processes and the marketplace’s dynamics, Lily can meet the challenges of cultivating and revolutionizing our enterprise” says Laura Buccellati.
Lily has an exceptional profile as an accomplished executive and successful entrepreneur. A native of Chile, she grew up in Miami, FL earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami.
